Placed an E-consult on Thursday morning, text received jus over an hour later with an appointment for the following day

Received follow up call from Dr around cough which I have had since February. Have been tested for whooping cough 2 months in. Have received anti biotics, which seemed to be clearing cough. Follow up call advised me to get in touch if i felt that the cough was returning as infection may not yet have cleared and I would be prescribed further antibiotics Has started getting worse. Called as advised. Cannot use econsult as not working for this, and advised to call at 8 am in the morning (which I tried today and due to my job is pretty much impossible) Details are on record, including call made on Friday. Just need call to prescribe but has made things difficult.

Booked a phone call to prescribe further antibiotics. Not asked to call at 8am as I do not want an appointment and am working full time

had to phone early have a hope of contacting a DR,

can not see any answer to the problem.

Excellent service when at the surgery. Getting an appointment is still not that easy.

Personally l can’t fault you all, you have been totally amazing and very supportive over the past years with various illnesses and treatments Thank you from the bottom of my heart because if you never listened and got me through some horrible times l would probably not be alive today
